Our focus is redeveloping mulifamily properties throughout the state with the intention of revitalizing communities and supporting renters transition to homeownership. Our mission is to encourage first time home buyers and generational renters to invest in their own communities and revitalize them to improve the standard of living and overall quality of some of our most distressed neighborhoods.
